Nicole joins Lake Isle for her first season and brings over 16 years of coaching experience with Westchester Aquatic Club. A former competitive swimmer at both the club and varsity high school levels, she has a strong foundation in the sport. She has also worked as a lifeguard, pool director, and summer club coach in the past. Nicole earned her B.S. in Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University and went on to complete both her B.S. and M.S. in Athletic Training from LIU Brooklyn.

Kevin is in his twelfth year as the Lake Isle Dive Coach! He is a Physical Education Teacher at Bedford Hills Elementary School and is the Varsity Boys and Girls Diving Coach at Fox Lane High School.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has a Masters from Springfield College.

Alexander is returning to coaching for Lake Isle Swim this year. He swam competitively for Empire, Ardsley High School, and George Mason University Club Team, serving as President for the Mason Swim Club. Alexander’s undergraduate degree is in Criminal Justice and he is pursuing a Masters in School Counseling from Lehman College. He has been an Assistant Coach for the YWCA Middies for 4 seasons and Head Coach for Iona Prep’s Varsity Swim Team for 3 years.

Kate will be joining the Lake Isle Swim & Dive staff this season.  Kate studies and swims competively at Iona University. She been an age group swim instructor for several years and is also a certified beach rescue lifeguard. Kate is majoring in Childhood Education and is proud to be a member of Iona's Deans list as well as a member of the MAAC Honor Roll. 

Cristian joins Lake Isle for the upcoming season and brings nearly a decade of coaching experience with Westchester Aquatic Club, where he is currently serving as one of the Age Group Coaches and has been with the club since 2016, working with swimmers from beginners to national-level competitors. A former swimmer for the YWCA Middies, as well as a varsity and NCAA Division III athlete, he has a strong foundation in the sport. He also competed in soccer as part of the New Rochelle High School 2017 New York State Championship team, with additional experience training internationally and earning a trial with New York City FC. Cristian has helped develop high-level age group swimmers and is known for creating a structured, positive environment focused on long-term athlete development. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lehman College and is an ASCA Level 3 Certified Coach.

Mollie is new to the Lake Isle swim coaching staff.  She competes at the collegiate level for Iona University. With five years of experience as both a swim instructor and lifeguard, Mollie brings strong water safety and teaching skills. Mollie is a  nursing major and member of the MAAC Honor Roll, demonstrating both academic excellence and commitment to athletics.

Mary Grace will be joining the Lake Isle Swim & Dive staff for the first time this season. Mary Grace has been a swim coach, and instructor for multiple years. She is a competitive swimmer and a student at Iona University, where she is majoring in Nursing.
